The first single from MILLION IMAGE ORCHESTRA, led by Yasushi Ide. A sweet and sad cover of the great SKA FLAMES song "Wish Upon a Star."
And it was recorded live! A killer tune that is sure to become a huge anthem!

THE MILLION IMAGE ORCHESTRA was started by producer Yasushi Ide at great expense and features 20 renowned musicians.
The band's premiere at Daikanyama Unit's HOME PARTY in September was a huge success, with the crowd spilling out of the venue and the band being greeted with a frenzy of excitement.
The members change in sync with Ide's DJ set, and the rhythm and images change accordingly, creating an original style that makes you feel like you're in a road movie, both visually and aurally. The songs included in this recording are from this live performance.

SIDE A: Let's Wish Upon a Star. This is a famous SKA FLAMES song. The main composer, Toru Murasaki, is on vocals and guitar.
Other members include Akihiro (KODAMA & DUBSTATION BAND) on guitar, WATUSI and Yashiki Gota (DUBFORCE) on drums and bass.
The keyboardist is Mitsuhiro Tonoike (Matt Sounds), and the percussionists are Hiroshi Oikawa and Hideo Nishioka (CENTRAL).
Saxophone players include Akira Tatsumi (SPEAK NO EVIL) and Michihisa Ishikawa (SKA FLAMES).
With Murasaki's vocals and guitar, the result is a live-style reggae piece filled with love and reminiscent of ROCKSTEADY, JAZZ, LATIN, SOUL, and more.

SIDE B: FREEMAN DUB
Gota Yashiki, a member of DUBFORCE, and the rhythm section of WATUSI,
The band consists of Tonoike Mitsuhiro on keyboards, Ishii Masayuki (TICA) on guitar, Nishioka Hidero on percussion, and Ide Yasushi on sound effects.
And a FREE JAZZ DUB featuring soprano saxophone from Motoharu (SPEAK NO EVIL, MORE THE MAN)!
